The PROLED aluminum profiles are the perfect complement to the PROLED FLEX STRIPS. The FLEX STRIPS can be glued into the profile. The aluminum profiles are anodized, offered in white RAL 9016 or black similar to RAL 9005. With the optionally available mounting clips (not available for all profiles), the profile can be easily mounted with already equipped strips. The profiles can be easily sawn to any length on site. There are different variants of aluminum profiles and different forms of plastic covers available.
Three different types of plastic covers are available for S-LINE PROFILES: - flat cover - semicircular cover - triangle (triangle) cover
The following variants are available: FLAT: - crystal clear - frost (semi-clear) - milky frost (opal) - black ROUND: - crystal clear - frost (semi-clear) - milky frost (opal) TRIANGLE: - frost (semi-clear) - milky frost (opal)
The flat cover (FLAT) is also available as walkable and break-proof version in crystal clear, frost, milky frost (opal). With the LENS COVER a bundling and thus a narrower beam angle is generated. Depending on the distance between FLEX STRIP and LENS COVER, the beam angle is max. 60°.
All PROLED aluminum profiles, plastic covers and end caps are protected by Community Design (international design patents).
