We are happy to assemble for you in our workshop complete LED luminaires (IP20 to IP68), aluminum profiles with covers up to 5m in length (some profiles and covers up to 3m), LED strips, and special controls.

Even more, we can cast LED lights up to 5m length with PU potting compound, for higher IP protection up to IP68.

In our store these options are not shown however you can add a note in the comments box.

Special length profiles and covers

We offer custom fabrication for all aluminum profiles and plastic covers. In lengths up to 5 m (some profiles and covers up to 3 m).

Also, you can order the aluminum profiles and plastic covers in miter cuts up to 90º.

Special length FLEX STRIPS

audiowerk offers you an assembly service for the FLEX STRIPS. We cut the FLEX STRIPS to the desired length for you, solder the desired cable in the desired length and glue the FLEX STRIP into the selected and assembled ALUMINIUM profile if required.

You can order the FLEX STRIPS in the desired length (max. length per feed must be observed) without having to remove the offcut. You will be charged only for the actual length you want (except FLEX STRIPS from IP53 only total roll length).

LED PU Potting

audiowerk offers you in addition to the IP20 LED confection still an increased IP protection.

We potting your luminaire with polyurethane potting up to IP68, depending on the requirement we can assemble your LED luminaire with a partial potting (IP53) or a full potting with/without opacity (OPAL) IP68.

With a luminaire fitted with polyurethane, the photometric data changes massively. Therefore, we are trying to adapt this to your requirement always.

SOUNDTUBE is an innovative manufacturer of speaker systems from the USA, whose products combine top-class sound quality with exceptional design.

Soundtube’s patented BroadBeam® technology ensures an all-round uniform radiation of all frequencies, which in most cases requires fewer speakers to cover a certain area and at the same time creates a more homogeneous sound image.

Some models are also available in a weatherproof version for outdoor use.
