The SX2 sub-controller is used in conjunction with the MX96 master and receives X data via a normal Ethernet cable with RJ45 connector. It converts the X data into SPI pixel data. A large number of different SPI protocols are supported.
The SX sub-controllers have a wide range of configuration options.

Each SX2 sub-controller has two pixel data outputs. A maximum of 3,072 channels are available per output. (6,144 channels in total). The controller enables the control of all pixel protocols, both with or without clock line (clock).

An important component of the controller are the fuses at each output. This ensures safety in the LED power supply network.
